This Iris Hantverk bath brush on a rope is made of oil treated birch and horse hair. This bath brush with string is small and handy to keep within arm’s reach in the shower. Horse hair is an excellent material in bath brushes because of it is soft, pliable and sturdy. Along with a good soap it gives a soft and comfortable lather for a perfect clean. Allow the brush to dry hanging or standing on the horse hair so that the water drains away from the wood that is more sensitive to moisture.
Iris Hantverk has been making natural fibre and wood brushes since the late 19th century. Their brushes are handcrafted by visually impaired craftsmen in the tradition of Swedish brush binding. Made in Sweden.
